BZINEX provides digital services, including but not limited to web design, digital marketing, content creation, advertising management, Google Business Profile optimization, and related consulting services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate during project delivery, supply required content and approvals in a timely manner, and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and project terms will be specified in quotations, proposals, invoices, or service agreements. Late payments may delay project delivery.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BZINEX retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing materials.
Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed rights to final deliverables created specifically for their project.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, hosting providers, or payment processors.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BZINEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the agreed project terms. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
